- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Overall not a terrible experience. The biggest problem I had was the front desk staff. Being a customer in any environment requires respect from the servicer. Respect is not in their vocabulary. There is a girl named Shelly who works at the front window who does not understand the concept of customer service. Patience go to the doctor for help, their front office staff does not like to provide help. You get the feeling you are a burden to them because you have come to them for a service. I have worked in many customer service position and I have always received more with honey than I did with vinegar.
